Payment terms and conditions- Winter 5782/2021-2022
1. Payments for all series must be transferred up to 48 hours before series commence.Late payment will increase the price by 15%.
2. Registration is only complete once proof of payment has been received by Chizuk Series- email chizukseries@gmail.com
3. Cancellation without penalty must be requested up to 48 hours before the series begins. 4. For cancellation within 48 hours of the series, the registrant will need to pay only 50%. If 100% has been paid, then the 50% remaining will be refunded. If no amount had been paid, the registrant will need to remit 50%. The 50% paid may be used as a credit for a future series. If cancellation occurred after the series has begun, 100% will need to be paid; however, that payment may be used as a credit toward a future series, only if the registrant has not participated at all.
5. Once a registrant has participated in the series (even in a single session), no refund will be available.
For Taharas Hamishpacha Series and Building Our Homes:
A. A woman registered for an in-person or Zoom series is entitled to one recording only if she has missed a session. Any additional recordings would require a woman to top up her payment to the recorded series price.
B. The recordings, audio and video (non-downloadable) will be sent out to those registered for the recorded series within 48 hours of the session, and will be available for 2 weeks. No extensions will be made.
C. If a woman cannot access the recordings (e.g. no internet at home), she may request phone access to the audio recording.
For Emuna/ Seasonal Inspiration Series
A. recordings (audio and video) will only be available to women who registered for the recorded series. All other women are welcome to upgrade their package if they so desire in order to receive recordings. If a woman misses one shiur, she can pay for the single missed shiur.
B. The recordings, audio and video (non-downloadable) will be sent out to those registered for the recorded series within 48 hours of the session, and will be available for 2 weeks. No extensions will be made.
C. Payment can only be made using a credit card/paypal (exceptions may be taken into consideration). Since this is an ongoing series, a woman can easily cancel at any time before their next billing cycle.
